In this session, you will complete the Passion and Purpose workbook (included), which will help you discover what types of work you would choose regardless of pay, pain, or obstacles. You will explore with your Certified CareerCOACH™ what motivates you – and what you find intrinsically rewarding.
In this session, you will complete three extensive assessments to determine and describe your natural behavior style, your personal values, and the balance of tasks in your ideal work environment. These assessments are securely hosted online, which means that your results are immediately available for review and discussion with your CareerCOACH™.

Working with your CareerCOACH™, you will develop personal goals, gain a better understanding of your self-image and career positioning, plan for life-long learning, understand your behavioral styles, what drives you, and how you best learn and communicate.
You will establish goals, evaluate the potential outcomes and develop a system for ensuring lasting positive outcomes for each goal that you set.
Your CareerCOACH™ will provide motivation to achieve your goals and complete strategies at an agreed-upon pace. We’ll also assist you with developing timelines and overcoming obstacles to each strategy.
