Rebecca Andersen is a Certified CareerCOACH™, dedicated to guiding professionals toward more fulfilling and financially rewarding careers. Holding numerous technical, leadership, and career development certifications, Rebecca is a TTI Success Insights® DISC Certified, TTI-Motivators® Certified, and CareerCOACH Certified™ career advancement expert. She serves clients in the Southwest US and the Greater Phoenix area, as well as across the US and internationally.
Rebecca has deep experience coaching technology, product, design, strategy, organizational, and training professionals, helping them reach new heights on their career paths. She also coaches individuals through career transitions, including military veterans – as a veteran herself – and people changing careers. She is passionate about helping her clients accomplish their goals, realize their full potential, and resolve issues in the “ever-changing world of work.”
Rebecca’s approach to working with her CareerCOACH™ clients begins with understanding the job-seeker’s background, professional experience, and what drives them. She shares, “I find many people do not know their strengths or where they want to go. I prefer exploring first and providing guidance on what to do next while walking alongside them.”
Among the things her clients love best about working with Rebecca is that she gives them space to think through their situation and provides an unbiased view. “I provide support that keeps them on task, work with them to build a game plan, and help them with accountability.”
Rebecca has more than 24 years of global consulting, organizational development, and program management experience with a focus on business strategy, leadership development, and organizational culture. She began her career in the United States Air Force, later working for the state government, and then shifted her focus to the technology industry. Having worked in roles supporting the “people” side of organizations, she understands the nuances of career transitions and progression. Her education and experience give her clients unique advantages, as Rebecca leverages a brain-based methodology to facilitate productive coaching conversations using the neuroscience of learning, motivation, and change.
In addition to her numerous certifications and rich professional background, Rebecca chose to earn her CareerCOACH™ Certification due to the unique approach and heightened value she can deliver to her clients through the CareerCOACH System™. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chapman University. She has earned numerous certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Organizational Change Management (ADKAR), PMI Organizational Transformation, and Neuro-Leadership Institute Brain-Based Coaching. She served eight years in the US military as a security forces member and completed a tour in Iraq. Rebecca also loves to support and serve her local church community.
