Natalie West is a Certified CareerCOACH™, dedicated to accelerating your job search helping you find a meaningful, fulfilling, and financially rewarding career. Natalie serves clients in the Kansas City, Missouri region; in addition, since she serves clients via phone and video-conference, she can help you find your next great career anywhere in the world.
Natalie has completed extensive training to earn her CareerCOACH™, TTI Success Insights® DISC and TTI-Motivators® Certifications. This unique training is at the core of the CareerCOACH System™, which employs science and behavior-based tools and a unique job search approach that accelerates the job search and helps her clients find jobs that they’re truly passionate about. Natalie has also earned a TTI Prioritized Leader Master Certification.
Natalie has led successful fund-raising campaigns (raising $1.5 million in private education funding), in addition to extensive accounting, event planning, marketing, program development, business planning, and business partnership cultivation. She has successfully launched multiple businesses of her own, including one with more than a hundred employees. As a business consultant and CareerCOACH™, Natalie offers leadership training and coaching, employee engagement coaching, business coaching, and outsourced accounting.
In addition to being a wildly qualified business professional with mad leadership and people-skills, Natalie has an uncanny knack for matching job-seekers with their ideal jobs using the DISC profile. In describing her style, she says, “I’m very blunt, use lots of humor and shoot straight. My approach is fun, motivating, and positive. I keep my clients laughing, but I also bring tact and truthfulness that they appreciate!”
Natalie feels the closest connection to her introverted clients, because job searching is usually among their least favorite activities. She loves the AHA! moments when her clients see avenues to success open up – and discover how to maximize their own potential. Natalie makes connections quickly with people and loves celebrating the wins. “The thing that completely sets the CareerCOACH System™ apart is that there’s a proven process to make each unique individual successful,” Natalie explains.
One of her proudest professional accomplishments came with a client who wanted to open a hair salon. The client felt “stuck” because her mother was afraid of taking risks, while her father was way too much of a risk-taker. Natalie helped her client find her own voice and make her own choices – and her salon business is thriving today.
