Michele’s successes as a recruiter and job coach are many, but her experiences during the pandemic illustrate her effectiveness, even in the most challenging times. Having been laid off from her role as recruiter at the start of the pandemic, she decided to put her talents and industry experience to work coaching others, focusing on mid-career through executive job-seekers. With the pandemic making huge changes in the economy, Michele helped her clients discover their transferable skills to find new jobs in different industries than they had worked in previously. She developed strategies for helping each one, guiding twelve clients to new positions in just four months, all at the same or higher salaries than they had been making before.
Michele’s style is direct, humorous, and patient. She is a source of inspiration, gently nudging her clients forward on their paths to greater success. Her clients affectionately refer to her as a Zen-like mentor, someone who brings out the best in them and radiates a genuine passion for their success in every interaction.
Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English at Ramapo College of New Jersey. She is a New Jersey Certified Teacher and is certified in Targeted Selection® Interview Training through DDI World. She is ready to help you make your next great career move!
