Guy is a seasoned scholar/practitioner, a global educator, business consultant, and start-up advisor who brings his extensive hiring, leadership, and entertainment/media and high-tech industry knowledge to his career coaching practice. With more than 50 national and international awards for excellence, Guy has demonstrated his passion and track record for leading others to greater success. He joins the CareerCOACH™ team from his office in Culver City, California, serving clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
Guy earned a Ph.D. in Organization and Development and an MBA in International Management; he has achieved excellence working for Compaq, ICM Corporation, NCR Corporation and Sun Microsystems. Guy has the educational background, aptitude, and professional experience to appreciate the scientific methodology used in the CareerCOACH System™ to achieve highly sought-after results in career development.

As an educator, Guy recognizes the value of new graduates in the workplace, as well as the advantages that seasoned professionals offer employers. Both remain as important and valuable to employers as ever.
