Bryan Bonoumo, MBA, is a Certified CareerCOACH™, in addition to his work as an executive coach, advisor to senior business leaders and faculty member at a nationally ranked business school. His passion is to equip already successful people to further their influence and impact through fulfilling careers. His CareerCOACH™ clients are generally executives and senior managers enroute to the C-Suite and transitioning military officers. Based in North Carolina, he works remotely with clients in the Carolinas, throughout the US, and internationally.
Bryan has coached emerging leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes, both public and private, local and global for more than twenty years. Coaching fulltime since 2016, Bryan joined CareerCOACH™ Services in 2021. Along with his extensive educational résumé, Bryan has completed specialized training to earn his CareerCOACH™, TTI Success Insights® DISC and TTI-Motivators® Certifications. This unique training is at the core of the CareerCOACH System™. The proprietary system employs science- and behavior-based tools and a unique approach that accelerates the job search and helps clients find jobs that they’re truly passionate about.
Endlessly energetic and positive, Bryan loves setting his clients up for success in finding the rewarding and meaningful work they deserve. Bryan notes that while many job coaches have experience in résumé-writing and basic job search, far fewer have actually been in charge of talent acquisition for Fortune 500 companies as a senior HR executive, as Bryan has. As a former C-Suite human resources executive, he knows first- hand what experience, capabilities, and attributes employers want to see. He doesn’t just have friends who are recruiters, he has had entire talent acquisition organizations reporting to him.
Among his many accomplishments, these are a few of which Bryan is most proud: Being married for more than 30 years to his wife, partner, and best friend; being the first in his family to go to college, funding his undergraduate degree through scholarships and part-time jobs; leading some of the country’s finest young men and women as a military officer; becoming one of the youngest VPs in a Fortune Global 200 company (before the age of 40) and joining the faculty of the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, where he specializes in people and organization performance.
