She is a TTI Success Insights® DISC Certified, TTI-Motivators® Certified, and CareerCOACH-Certified™ career advancement expert. Becky serves clients in the greater Cleveland region, as well as across the US and internationally. Becky has enjoyed a 25-year career as a leader in human resources, with extensive experience in the accounting, financial services, and commercial real estate industries. Earning her CareerCOACH™ Certification and opening CareerCOACH Services of Cleveland is an opportunity for Becky to impact the lives, careers, and success of individual professionals in ways she is truly passionate about. As Becky says, “It’s a terrible thing to be in a job that doesn’t speak to you, or work for a company that doesn’t appreciate you.”

Her goal is to improve each client’s self-confidence, help them see the value of their transferable skills, and improve their interviewing techniques. She is innovative, creative, and skilled at employing science-backed assessments to unlock new employment avenues. In addition, her extensive CareerCOACH™ training means that she can help her clients apply for jobs not found on job boards and get interviews with the people who matter.

In her role at a multimillion-dollar accounting firm, Becky successfully transitioned three hundred employees during a company acquisition. Becky earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Akron in Ohio. She continued her education with graduate-level studies at Weatherhead School of Management and completed a Registered Corporate Coach program through Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). She has been a member of Cleveland’s HR Leadership Group since 2005.
